CRM Call is a program that helps link your Internet phone to Hanbiro CRM information. Utilizing this program, instantly know if the person calling is a previous Customer and some basic information about them. Likewise, immediately record phone information as soon as calls end for immediate streamlined data entry while sending Tickets or Tasks to others as needed.

Viewing Availability: If youre working at a call center, you can check whos on and whos not. Users can also distinguish who is in the middle of a call or not. This makes transferring and pulling calls easy and efficient.
Customer List: Utilize the Customers List window to add a new Customer or search action.
